Yet it is hot air balloon shaped. Why would any one have a silly Hot Air Balloon Chandelier?

The Hot Air Balloon Chandelier Inspiration

Joseph and Jacques Montgolfier of Annonay France were mere paper mill owners, trying to float bags made of paper and fabric. Holding a flame near the opening at the bottom, the bag called a balon, expanded with hot air and floated upwards. And the Montgolfier brothers first demonstrated the first flight of their practical hot air balloon in June of the 16th century. On September of the year 1783 in Versailles, a Montgolfiere hot air balloon carrying a sheep, a rooster, and a duck flew for eight minutes in front of Louis XVI, Marie Antoinette, and the entire French court. Yet it was on October 15, 1783 exactly, that philosophers Pilatre de Rozier and Marquis d'Arlandes, became the first ever human passengers aboard on a Montgolfiere balloon that is in free flight, meaning it was not at all tethered, daring as ever. And when Benjamin Franklin was asked, "What does Dr. Franklin conceive to be the use of this new invention?" his bold yet spirited reply was - "What is the use of a newborn child?"

    Yes...

"A new-born child, a new-born republic, a new invention, alike dim beginnings of development which none could ever foretell, the year that saw the world acknowledge a new nation, freed of its ancient political bonds, saw also the first successful attempt to break the supposed bonds that held men down to the ground." -Holland Thompson/Mary Bellis.

This is the birth of the Montgolfier Air Balloon. So is there anyone still who asks why would there be such a thing as a Hot Air Balloon Chandelier?
